I have made photo frames from cardboard before, but this shape was a challenge. Someone was looking for a frame for their heart shaped photo, and I promised to improvise something. I didn't know how it would turn out, but I thought it was possible. I drew a heart template, cut it out from a thick cardboard to serve as the back and a similar one with a smaller heart shape cut out in the middle for the front. I covered the cardboard with red paper, glued some quilled white flowers on one side of the frame as decoration and placed the photo in the middle... and the handmade heart shaped photo frame is ready :)

Készítettem már kartonból képkeretet, de ennek a formája kihívás volt :)
Valaki hozott egy szív alakú fényképet, és arra keresett keretet. Mivel az üzletben nem volt ilyenem, felajánlottam, hogy elkészítem kézileg. Nem tudtam milyen lesz, de elképzelhetőnek tartottam :)
Megrajzoltam egy szív sablont, hogy alakja hasonlítson a fotó alakjához, egyszerű kartondobozból kivágtam a lyukas szívet, bevontam színespapírral, ragasztottam a hátára egy telített szívet, hogy legyen mire ragasztani a fotót, és ugyancsak a hátára illesztettem egy piros papírral bevont kartondarabot támasznak. Ezután feldíszítettem a keretet fehér - quilling technikával készült - virágokkal, et voilá... :)
