quilled baby card / quilling üdvözlet kisbabának

I had a request for a card for a 2 months old baby boy's christening. I wanted to try to vary the quilling a little bit with some ribbon, thought it would make the card more elegant and up to the event. The bow is not perfect, but looks quite good... I also used some fabric to cover the baby, stuffed it a little with cotton wool to make it a bit puffy. I hope they'll like it :)

Egy kéthónapos kisfiú számára készült ez az üdvözlet, a keresztelői ajándéka mellé. Valami újdonságot akartam vinni az üdvözletbe, így került oda a szalag, s bár a masni nem tökéletes, mégis jól kiegészíti, elegánsabbá teszi az üdvözletet. Anyagot használtam a paplan formázására is: kicsit kitömtem vattával, hogy puffosabb legyen, és szilikonnal rögzítettem a papírhoz.
Remélem tetszeni fog a szülőknek :)

quilled flower card / quilling virágos üdvözlet

I had some leftover flowers... didn't want to leave them in the goodies box (I have a special box in which I keep all flowers and stuff that I make and change my mind about using them in the current project). It's beginning to get cold outside and inside the house, too, so I needed a little bit of spring or summer joy to keep me warm. Well, roses and daisies, here's your time to shine! :)

Régi, félretett virágok kerültek elő a varázsdobozomból ... (van egy dobozkám, amit külön erre a célra használok, hogy azokat a virágokat, leveleket s egyéb díszítményeket, amelyeket elkészítek s nem haszálok fel az éppen aktuális projektnél, eltároljam). Kezd beállni az igazi ősz nálunk... hideg van kint, és meg hidegebb bent, ezért szükségem volt valami tavaszi - nyári üdeségű, színes, vidám lapra, ami bár a lelkemet melegítse... Ezeknek a virágoknak itt az idejük kivirulni :)

quilled wall picture / magyar népmesés tabló

On my brother's request, here's another wall hanging with hungarian folk tale motifs: leaves, stylized flowers and the singing bird. The base is 25x30 cm large.

Ismét egy magyar népmesei motívumos tablóval állok elétek, a dalos madárka és a futólevelek meg a stilizált virágok nagyon jól néznek ki a fehér háttéren. Ez a tabló 25x30 cm-es.
Kisöcsémnek rengeteg szeretettel :)

rainbow clock / szivárványos falióra

My latest creation is this rainbow wall clock, for a group of kindergarten kids. I myself enjoy colourful things, like the children do, as they enrich the quality of life :)

Legutóbbi művem ez a szivárványos falióra, amit egy óvoda "Szivárvány" nevű csoportja számára készítettem. Remélem a kis lurkók is kedvelni fogják, amennyire én is szeretem a színes dolgokat, hiszen ezek teszik szebbé a szürke hétköznapjaikat :)
