Since this is my first post this year, I guess I owe you a "Happy New Year" my dear friends! May this year be full of happiness and accomplishments, and of course, filled with creative moments!
And I owe you sooo many posts, because there are so many photos of my creations waiting to be shown to the world...
I had a hard time choosing which one to post first. And because spring is approaching, at least according to the calendar, and I'm longing for it with my every heartbeat, let this quilled little bird on a leafy, flowery branch be the one.
This card was made for the 70th birthday anniversary of a special lady, with the wish that her heart be always filled with spring joy.

Mivel idén először találkozom veletek itt a blogomon, hadd kívánjak nektek, kedves barátaim, egy vidám, szeretetteljes, kreatív új évet!
Nagyon sok bejegyzéssel tartozom nektek, hiszen eléggé felhalmozódtak a bemutatásra váró alkotásaim...
Nehezen tudtam eldönteni melyikkel is kezdjem. Választásom végül is erre a kis tavaszváró üdvözletre esett, hiszen szívem mélyén nagyon vágyom már a megújulás évszakára, s amúgy a naptár szerint is hamarosan eljön az ideje.
Az üdvözletet egy különleges hölgy hetvenedik születésnapjára készítettem, azzal az üzenettel, hogy lelkében maradjon mindig fiatal, ahogy minden tavaszban ott van a megújulás lehetősége.

Here's a custom order for a friend: a small card in green and white , with polyanthus and helleborus flowers. The text is in Hungarian and refers to a biblical verse: "Love, fidelity may never leave you..."

Először egy nyári virágos üdvözletet szeretnék megmutatni nektek, ami egyik kedvencem lett. A kalász, a búzavirág, a margaréta és a pipacs egy helyen hangulatos csokrot tesz ki.

I've been away for a while from the blog, from posting, but this doesn't mean that I haven't been working on anything :) Well, to tell you the truth, I had a little vacation, too :)

Another personalized quilling card, for Mónika and Levente, with love, on the occasion of their wedding. This type of quilled butterfly is a novelty on my cards, but looks great, and I will certainly make more and try bigger ones, too.

The customer asked for a simple card for a graduating boy, and since I happen to looooove smileys (they always make me smile, don't they have that effect on you too?) I made a greeting card with a smiley, because graduation is a festive moment, but also a cheerful one. It's true that a chapter of the person's life is over, but there were many wonderful moments and here comes a new beginning, something to plan, something to hope for. Sooo... I'm all for smileys :)
The text is in Hungarian and says "Congratulations!"
